Navigating Challenges

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and loss—or even if something feels off to you, I am here.  My goal is to help you find the space to acknowledge your difficulties and then to find solutions. My approach to therapy and psychiatric treatment is a highly experiential process that involves exploring emotions and processing what comes up during our sessions. Through your perceptions of the world, yourself, or others, we can work towards uncovering the root of your emotional pain so it can be dealt with directly.

With a little time and commitment, we can find the way for you to let go of fear and doubt, distance yourself from your troubled past, and reframe the way you look at life.

My training has allowed me to become a compassionate and non-judgmental witness and therapeutic collaborator who will meet you wherever you are in your struggles. And should it become apparent that you might benefit from a combination of therapy and medication, I can address that with you as well.
